SNCT provides a confidential reporting channel for reporting breaches of legal, regulatory or ethical requirements identified in a professional context. This system has been established in accordance with the Luxembourg Law of 16 May 2023 on the protection of whistleblowers.
Who can report?
Any person who has obtained information about a breach in a work-related context, including employees, interns, applicants, suppliers, subcontractors, business partners and members of management or supervisory bodies.
Protection
The confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity is guaranteed. Retaliation against persons acting in good faith is prohibited.
Important
This channel is intended exclusively for whistleblowing reports. It must not be used for complaints relating to vehicle inspections, appointments, certificates, invoices or other SNCT services. For such matters, please use SNCT’s standard contact channels.
