Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Support the design, installation, and management of end-user hardware and software.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve and optimize our existing IT environment – and help turn those ideas into reality.
• Provide level 1 & 2 technical support to colleagues across the entire organization.
• Work closely within the IT team to maintain secure and reliable systems.
• Engage in an environment that values initiative, new perspectives, and creative thinking.
• Contribute to maintenance activities and hands-on technical projects across our full IT ecosystem.
• Help us explore and implement innovative technological solutions.

Your Profile (required qualifications):

• Prior experience in the IT field (internships count!).
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within IT infrastructure and architecture.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical, structured, and detail‑oriented approach to work.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Your skills:

• Basic knowledge of system administration (Windows Client – Windows Server and Linux are a plus)
• Basic understanding of network and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).
• Any hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of IT architecture
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to document technical topics.
