SNCT, Luxembourg’s national reference in vehicle inspection with approximately 75% market share, conducts nearly 300,000 vehicle inspections each year. To strengthen our Technical Inspection Department, we are looking for a versatile and motivated Maintenance and Metrology Technician.

Main responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the maintenance, compliance, and traceability of the inspection equipment used by SNCT and its CTE partners. You will ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality requirements, particularly those related to ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 standards.
You will oversee maintenance and inspection operations to ensure the reliability of the equipment and the continuity of the department’s activities, including in the absence of the maintenance manager.

Your Profile (required qualifications):

• Degree: Vocational Baccalaureate (BAC PRO)/Advanced Technician’s Certificate (BTS)/University Technical Diploma (DUT) in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or equivalent
• Knowledge of ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 standards is a plus
• Strong knowledge of electricity, mechanics, automation, and instrumentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and German
• Basic knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an asset
