SNCT, the national benchmark in vehicle technical inspections in Luxembourg with a market share of nearly 75% and around 300,000 inspections per year, is looking for a versatile and motivated Customer Service Agent (m/f/x).

Your main mission:

As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key role in welcoming, guiding, and informing our customers. You will also participate in the administrative and operational management of vehicle traffic at our stations.

Main responsibilities and tasks:
Reception and welcome:
  • Welcome customers and suppliers, provide the information necessary for the technical inspection to proceed.
  • Manage appointments according to availability and customer needs.
  • Provide daily administrative support to line managers.
Check-in and Check-out:
  • Participate in the management of non-conformities and customer complaints
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
Versatility and administrative support:
  • Perform administrative or reception duties as required by operational needs
  • Work in different positions to ensure continuity of operations
Your profile:
  • Education: High school diploma or DAP (Diplôme d’Aptitude Professionnelle) in Administration and Commerce or equivalent.
  • Languages: Fluency in French, German, and Luxembourgish. English is an asset
  • Mobility: Driver’s license required to work at our various sites: Marnach, Bissen, Sandweiler, Esch-sur-Alzette, Livange, and the CTR.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, good listener
  • Customer-focused and constantly striving to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Team player, diplomatic, and able to manage conflicts calmly
  • Organized, independent, and versatile, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
