The technical inspection in Luxembourg checks numerous points divided into 10 categories to ensure the safety and compliance of the vehicle.

The failures identified are classified into three categories: minor, major, and critical.

Major and critical faults require a follow-up visit within a specified period of time to carry out repairs.
